Last week completely kicked my arse. My goodness. Home learning had me down, work was feeling like a slog, and then I got the migraine to end all migraines. I’m going to say something controversial here, and keep in mind I have given birth to two children, but the pain of a migraine is worse than childbirth.

I wish I could say I have all the answers when things are just not going your way. And yes, we’ve talking about how they are a teaching moments (here), and how self-care is important (here), but the truth is that there are moments in life that all you can do is ride out.

I hope that last week was much better for you than it was for me, and that this week is wonderful for all of us. At least here is beautiful OZ Spring is just around the corner, some of the trees are already dressing for the grand ball that is Summer, and with it comes the reminder that all things pass in their time.

Sending you love and gentle thoughts where ever you may be in the world.
